Granted to the Hohner company in 1968, with Chamber-Huang credited as the inventor, this patent covers the Hohner Chordomonica. Only the twin-slide version is shown, what was marketed as the Chordomonica II. These diagrams show how the six chords are obtained by mean of the two slides:
